Eligibility

To rent a vehicle, you must:

• Agree to all rental rules and policies

Booking & Reservation

• All bookings are subject to vehicle availability.

• Prices may vary based on location, season, and duration.

• A reservation is confirmed only after successful payment authorization.

Rental Duration

• Rental period begins at the scheduled pickup time.

• Late returns may incur additional charges.

Vehicle Usage Rules

The renter agrees:

• Not to drive under the influence of drugs or alcohol

• Not to smoke inside the vehicle

• Not to use the vehicle for illegal activities

• Not to sub-lease or give the vehicle to unauthorized drivers

• To return the vehicle in the same condition as received

Fuel Policy

Fuel charges apply based on the selected option (Full-to-full, Prepaid fuel, etc.).

Mileage Policy

Mileage limits depend on the rental plan. Extra mileage will incur additional fees.

Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit may be required during pickup.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Personal items left inside the vehicle

• Delays caused by weather, traffic, or other factors

• Losses resulting from misuse of the vehicle
