Cancellation Rules

  • Free cancellation if done 24 hours before pickup.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup may incur a fee.

  • “No-show” bookings are non-refundable.

Refund Process

Refunds apply to:

  • Eligible cancellations

  • Duplicate charges

  • Service errors from our side

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Non-refundable Items

  • Insurance add-ons

  • Prepaid fuel packages

  • Last-minute cancellations

  • Security deposit deductions (if damages apply)

Insurance Options

We offer the following coverage:

  • Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)

  • Theft Protection

  • Liability Coverage

  • Roadside Assistance

What is Covered

Depending on the chosen plan:

  • Accidental damage

  • Theft of the vehicle

  • Towing and emergency help

  • Windshield or tire repair (if included)

What is Not Covered

  • Damage caused by negligence

  • Driving under the influence

  • Unauthorized drivers

  • Smoking or burns inside the vehicle

  • Lost keys, flat tires (unless covered)

Damage Assessment

All damages are evaluated by our inspection team.
Costs may be deducted from the security deposit.
